With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Ramkhamhaeng University, she leads a team of doctors, psychologists, nurses, and caregivers to provide transformative care for individuals facing conditions like ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, MS, Parkinson’s, dementia, and Alzheimer’s. Her approach integrates cutting-edge diagnostics, therapy, and personalized care plans.

Apinya’s leadership combines expertise with compassion, positioning Thai Caregivers as a trusted authority in mental health and caregiving. Her insights are regularly sought by the media, shaping public understanding of key health issues.

Frank Marchese is a highly accomplished and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with over 30 years of experience in leading and managing nursing homes and assisted living facilities (ALFs) across the United States. In his roles as Head of Recruitment for medical professionals and Director of In-House Training at Thai Caregivers, he plays a critical role in attracting top-tier talent and implementing comprehensive training programs to uphold the highest standards of care.

Frank’s extensive expertise encompasses every aspect of facility operations, including staff management, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of exceptional services to residents. His leadership and strategic vision have significantly enhanced operational efficiency and the quality of care provided.
